Refund Policy:
After acceptance, any team withdrawing prior to schedules being sent out will receive a 50% refund. No refunds after schedules are sent out. If weather, or some unforeseen event reduces the amount of games played, or causes the cancellation of the event, up to a maximum of 50% of the entry fee may be refunded, solely at the discretion of the tournament director.
